Default trx450r 05 rear bearing help needed

i am trying to change the rear bearings, and having trouble removing the axle nuts. the lock came off no problem . the last nut is my problem. do i turn it the same way as the lock nut to expose the snap ring. Remove the snap ring. then remove both nuts the same rotation? if so what is the trick to get it to move. i have used a pipe wrench with a 6 foot pipe and it will not move. am i going the wrong way? or do a cut it off and buy a new nut

i usually cut them off and get new ones. you could try using a heat gun to see if it will break loose.

Have you exposed the snap ring? If so you spin it off the same way you spin off the locking nut.
A heat gun my not get the nut hot enough to break down the locktight that is applied at the factory, you may need to use a torch and get the nt nearly red hot.
I was able to remove the nuts on my 450R without heat but I had to cut the locking nut off my 400EX with a cold chisel.
Good luck.
