Does anybody know anything about this Dyno-boost chip they're selling on ebay that claims to increase HP 15-30? Also, would this be a safe alternative to remapping the EFI? I put on 25" Mudlights and would like a little more power when things get sloppy. Its ok for trails right now, but would like to get it back to baseline power in the mud.

 

Kinda curious myself about any of the chips. I do know from reading on here that if you add an aftermarket pipe you do need to reprogram the fuel system. Would also like to here from anyone that has added a pipe and what chip or reprogrammer they used and if any gains where obvious. Do you think it was money well spent?

 

over on highlifters, lost of people have gone with aftermarket pipes, and gotten themselves Power-commander III programming chips. IK the PCIII's work, im sketchy on ebay chips.... honestly if you love your size mechine the upgrades are worth it, but mabe you can get +6+7 hp more. iv never seen evidence, dyno or otherwise, that these basic filter, pipe, and jetting/chip upgrades give you more than 6-7 hp. 10+if you really overboar, hotcam and lots more...

 

I know people that bought the HMF Opt and got rid of it, But doing some research I found that almost 99% said they saw a big diff in the PCIII so I order the PCIII and I'll let you know If I see a big diff. I haven't seen one bad thing about the PCIII yet.
