Default Sportsman 500 (carb) 06' fan dont turn on

hey guys,
i've benn using this toy 4 about a year and no problems had till now.
Don't know where to start from.
So, my battery was dead for about a week (has left ~2 Volts in it). i began to charge it connected to atv. The fan went on even the key wasn't pluged in. So i disconnected the battery from atv and charged it fully. (now it keeps 12.5 V in it & its ok). after i connected it to my atv and turned ignition on after 10-15 sec HOT began to flash on screen (atv is not working, its only to "on" position)and fan didint work. That thermo thing in cilyndr head work (as i pluged it out ant made it real hot the HOT wor appeared imediatly as i turn ignition on). it chilled a little and so after 10-15 sec HOT begins to flash again. So this thermo thing is ok. After my frind ran through electicity and foun somewhere taht there is no grount to that spot (3 brown wires come to ECM ant tightend with screw with ECM to atv) have cleaned those connection spots tighten again, and somehow the screen began to flash sometimes, when i move the key in the lock. after a few knock it's gone and everything is ok, screen doesnt show hot anymore after turning ignition ON. Thought it was all till i tried to heat up my atv to check if fan comes on when it reaches HOT position on screen. Fan gave no fart. when i give 12V directly to fan it works but ECM doesnt give him command to turn on whet it's in HOT
So the problem now that fan dont start when engine turns HOT. I've read many different forums checked many oppinions and nothing made my fan go ON. Some said that there must be a circuit braker or resistor under the hood BUT,there are NO transistors, resistors or kill swiches on my atv. There are 3 things under the hood: ignition coil, ECM, Cdi. Many sais that there must be a resistor under the hood but here is none. Can anyone help me?

Dont offer to take it to polaris dealer because they take big money for work p/h and they can search for that problem long time and finally offer to change parts that are not needed to be changed. I live not in USA so maybe you wont understand this problem in our country abuot dealers workshops ( as exmpl: ECM in USA costs ~100$ and they asked from me ~276 Euros that would be 375 $ )
sorry 4 my english as i'm not an Englishman

Pretty pretty please help me. Any ideas?

There was a recall on some ecm's, do a search on this forum and there is a list of vin # that were afected, sounds like your ecm is bad with all the speedo problems ect.If fan works with 12 volts hooked to it it has to be temp sensor or wiring or ecm problem.

I had the same trouble with my 2006 450...The fan came on without the key in the quad.....
I am on my third ECM right now ..So just because you may already have the new up-dated one in there ..Don't matter........It's bad..........

They have two solid state circuit breakers inside that protect the electronices from over currect ..
These shut down for protection.........Caper........

Everything you talked about in your post is directly affected by the Sure Power Module...
