I am having problems with a kawasaki prairie 360 4x4. When you turn it on and push the gas it will get to about 3600 rpm then start to fludder realy bad, and the 4x4 light will flash and so will the check belt light. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you

I have a 2005 2wd prarie 360 , when starting into the throttle or trying to slowly cruising at 1500 rpm there is no response. My guess is the throttle cables stuck or the brake is stuck, the carburetor is also at 2 1/3 turns and that may have something to do with it.
