Squeak in front end??? Any idea?
#1
Anyone else have a squak in the front end of their Sportsman at low speeds?
I'm thinking something stuck between rotor and brake pad, but there's no grooves on rotor...yet OR Bad wheel bearing? Seems to get louder/worsen with braking...Anyone else experienced this? Only ~50 hours and 300 miles on the machine, still under warranty if it matters.

Have this complaint all the time! Probably a little dirt, corrosion on pads or rotor causing noise. Wash caliper are thoroughly, then spray ENTIRE caliper and rotor area with wd 40.Will remove rust and moisture.JUST dont try to go too fast and try to stop after use until parts are dry! Probably will stop noise. Happens a lot especially if going through water and mud.
