Check your parking brake sensor. What do you mean by not rev up? Just pops and what not, or revs but the wheels don't seem to go faster?

PARKING BRAKE SENsor??? i took off the parking brake a while ago and this problem just started, wheres the sensor?? when i ride the qaud it only gives me like half the rpm's as usual. the wheels turn fine. like i said earlyer it's almost like i'm hitting the rev limiter, or like it's governed at have throttle

As long as you connected the two wires on the sensor on the clutch perch you are fine there, but make sure they are still connected well and such. Check the governor screw on your thumb throttle, and lube your throttle cable.

yes since you don't have the parking brake anymore it's a good idea to eliminate it, there should be some wires up near your handlebars that go to a switch on the left brake lever.
