Default Running Rich!! How do i get it leaner!

ok so i got my carb fixed,,, there was some mudd in the bowl.. so i cleaned it all out..

it runs good.. seems a little slow.. but now i want to get it to run a little leaner.. the plug when i changed it was really sooty and black... and when reving it you can smell the gas and a little smoke from it running so rich.. i have some sea foam and i didnt messure it when i put it in there.. but i know thats not the rich problem.. just letting you all know what i have done..

the main jet is a 155..
new plug ( havnt checked it since but you can smell the fuel in exhaust )
new airfilter.. clean solid airbox - carb - and fittings cupplers are all good..

how can i get this beast to run leaner!?!

hey why would there be pressure when i take the gas cap off? is it possible the breather i snorkled up to the pod is pinched in there? i think it is i used zip ties so its possible... would that have anything to do with performance.. or what are some problems that happend with the cap letting out pressure when you open it..

IF there is pressure when you take the gas cap off, check for a pinched tank vent line! Yes it can cause carb problems or rather lack of fuel to the carb until it gets a glug of air! also check for vent obstruction on carb itself!

sounds like the float is sticking if you getting a bunch of gas in the airbox. or could be set improperly.
