Default vinson / sportsman comparsion

well home after another long week away and trying to recouperate from it. anyways the location im working this week happens to be on a mountain about 3,000 up and my company has a suz. vinson 500 to use ferry us up (2 at a time) and im hear to say that i'm some glad i NEVER bought a suzuki. my back is still killing me as well as my hands from the vibrating handle bars and terrible handling/rough ride. granted this is a skidder trail at extreme up slopes and the bike does pretty good traction wise(not stock tires)but i told my co. that monday i'm bringing my mighty 800 in to make it faster(theres 3 of us and its about 2 + miles up)so we dont have to make 2 trips each way. god didnt i miss my IRS and true awd. cant wait as it will be only the 3rd time this year i have drove it and now i can show these guys how good these bikes are. oh yea the other crews have a side by side cat to ride in which i got a ride and it does pretty good as well.

There is worst rinding out there then the Vinson. Reviews of Motorcycle, ATV, Snowmobile and Watercraft vehicles

At least the Vinson beat out two other ATVs.

When i was looking for a used ATV the Vinson was on top of my list, but I could not find one, maybe it was a good thing.

i think the biggest thing for my self is that i'm spoiled w/ the sportsmans ride and handling as well as the awd compared to the vinsion. bike as plently of power and low range, but just vibrates too much. imo.

What do you do for a living, Stendori? Just curious if you don't mind. Also, doesn't the Vinson have a solid rear axle? I drove my son's ATP about a month ago and boy, does the straight axle hurt my back. And that was on a railtrail in NW NH.

Kind of makes you wonder why there is anything out there other than Popo-lol! Had a buddy at work who was looking for a wheeler a while back and convinced him to go with an sp. He bought a 500 and is now looking forward to picking up either an 800 or an xp. Too bad Popo doesn't offer referral incentives.

Stendori.

Maybe you can convince your company after they check out your SP to invest in the new 2 -up Sportman wheeler. "Hey Boss we really need this Sportsman 550 X2 for all the hauling and transporting 2 at a time here and when were not using it we can KEEP IT AT MY HOUSE"! lol...lol

Cheers,

R'
