Do the rollers have a flat side on them when they are new and how thick are new pads on the rear clutch so I can compare to mine. Thanx for the great site and to lt80 for all the wealth of info.

 

The six rollers in the front clutch should not have flat spots on them, they need to be replaced, my manual in storage shed so dont have tollerence on back clutch, should be able to contact local suzuki dealer and they should tell yah.

 

Like mentioned, the rollers are shot. Also check the variator and the roller plate for grooves/gouges from the flat rollers. Replace if ness.
Rear clutch: If there is any pad, it's fine. No specifations.
