polaris 450 - wont start

polaris 450 - wont start
i have a 2006 and 2007 sportsman. Both have eletrical starters - neither will start. both make a clicking sound from around the gas tank area. both will start with the pull cord. is there a relay switch that went bad? could the starter on both have gone bad after such a short time? i have looked at the parts diagrams and cannot find a part that would have went bad like a celoniod. any sugestions would be appreciated.

Is your battery fully charged?
Does the driver info guage light up with the key turned ahead?
Did you have the ECM recall update done?
Maybe bad connection at the battery terminals
