Today we took Sara our neighbor for her 13th birthday out riding for her first time in the dirt! The day went pretty good except we did break a inner tie rod end on a nasty wash! Ouch!

I couldnt help but notice your son seemed pretty happy she came along how did she do? did she like it?

Did anyone get hurt when the tie rod end broke? You got a new one?

 

Actually Sara was riding it (Blue 150) quite slow but unexpected, it was a weird washed out area on the trail and when she hit head on it snapped the threaded part off! She was not hurt at all thankfully! She had a great time and did really well, she already had a couple hours riding around my yard. She has been helping me fix the jets since new and is kind of the daughter figure I don't have! I swapped the broken one with the Red 250 tie rode end and was back on our way!

 

I do need to get a new Tie rod end, would any Big 4 match?

Ya on the week days theres next to no one, Saturdays you don't want to be there. They have on the average one Life Flight helicopter ride out of there every weekend in the summer!

 

Im not sure about a match...keep meaning to look in my parts box and see if I have any...
