Default 90cc Sunl, WILL NOT START

i need all the help i can get. I have a 2006 90cc Sunl, the first couple years of having the quad it was not ran very much. this year my son took interest in it. well we had problem keeping it running. first it would only run on choke. then it would start at all, just turn over. so i installed a new carb. started the bike and it ran great!! the next day i started it and it ran great again. two days later all it does is turn over. i have spark, but it will not fire up. please help and suggestion would be great!!

Have you changed out the gas. Does it have an inline filter between the tank and the carb? It sounds fuel related to me. If you're running old gas, you might want to drain it out, flush the tank to make sure there's not any old trash and debris floating around in it and install a fuel filter on the line between the tank and carb. If it already has one, change it. It also may require the carb to be cleaned if there is trash in it.

Clean the tank and install the filter first and if you're still having trouble, remove the carb and clean it with compressed air and a carb cleaner.

Welcome to the forum thenati !

If you dont have a fuel filter youve more than likely got junk in your new carb...

Id start over, clean the tank, carb and install a fuel filter.

I've had this issue with our Sunl from day 1. It has this issue every time it has been a day or more since it was last run.

Part of my startup routine - drain the float bowl (Use a regular aka Flat Head Screwdriver to loosen the float bowl drain screw at the bottom of the float bowl). For whatever reason, the fuel always looks a funky color when it first comes out. After about 10 seconds of draining, tighten the screw and try starting again. It always works for me.

I would try a new fuel filter and new gas. I just went through the same thing other than I just cleaned the carb and it now runs like new.
Good Luck
