my sportsman is stuck in gear
i just got my sportsman back running and now its stuck in reverse. the lights show that its in neutral and the reverse light flickers, when i go into high gear it stays in reverse. how do i fix this?

w/ the bike off does it shift into reverse? is the linkage out of adjustment? if it's not the linkage, then most likely it's the shifting fork(what the correct term) inside the transmission.
