ds 650 sprag clutch

Default ds 650 sprag clutch

please help.....i had a good running 2000 ds 650 until the sprag cluch failed....i replaced it with all new parts...it now turns over butblows he carb off the intake boot..it has to be out of time.....although i reassembled it the only possible way....does this make any sense....whats the fix??????????????????

Sounds like it's 180 degrees off on timimg.

Beleive it or not - with enough tuning, effort, & battery - it will fire 95 degrees BTDC - was the worst noise I have ever heard - KA BANG ! Shook the bike like a roadside IED ... new rod bearing please ...
