Default giovanni 200 cc monster wires are all choped up and i badily need a diagram

i bought a second hand gio 2006 200 cc monster and whoever had it really messed up all the wires none of the lights work and the batery wont charge but im pretty shure the batery is shot it only holds a charge for a verry short time like 5 minutes short. all the wires are exposed and when i went in a verry little puddle it died and i had to push it like a half mile home i need a diagram for this bike badly and caint find one anywhere. if someone could post one or send it to my e mail i would appreciate it send to youngcory28@yahoo.ca thanks

I don't have a gio 200cc wiring diagram. If anyone else does then please post it.

But you can fix this without a wiring diagram with a meter and some effort. I'd divide up the problems into managable smaller problems and tackle them one at a time.

First I'd replace the battery, and get a maintanence charger to keep it charged up while tackling the other problems. Then I'd get the lights working (so we know the plus side of the ignition switch is working). Then I would get the ignition system working so that spark is generated and the quad runs. Finally I would tackle any problems with the battery charging system so you can then stop using the charger.

Help is available if you want to tackle this. You will need a meter, good battery and charger. Or to get started with no initial expense, you can jump the quad to your car to get a good battery for troubleshooting.

I know www.giobikes.com is the supplier, but I think they are charge card only. One option, I think PayPal can be set up to pay out of your debit account, but I dont know, I wonder if you can set it up that way, and see if they will accept a Paypal payment.

As for the chain, I would get one from a local motorcycle dealer, the ones that come factory on the chinese quads (and likely the replacement ones), are made out of very crap material, both of my Gio 200CC Beasts stretched out of adjustment within a few hours. I got a DID 428 (I think) O-ring chain for one (was almost $100), and the other one I got a normal non o-ring chain for under $30, both hold up good, and are not stretching. If you have your old chain, I would bring it in so they can measure it up so it will fit, all you will have to do is cut it to the right length.

Most chinese quads use compatible parts, so you could try to find a dealer that sells Chinese ATV's in your area, they may have ball joints, or be able to order them for you, even if they dont sell your brand.
