Default '01 Dinli 90cc idles good, dies when throttled up

I bought a 01 Dinli 90cc 2-stroke oil injected for my son. It acted like I had no or little spark so I replaced stator, race coil and race cdi. cleaned carb. It will start easily and stay running(idle) but when you give it gas it dies. Not sure what to do next. Please help

Symptom of being too lean.
Main jet might be clogged or varnished, try disassembling the carb and giving it a thorough cleaning...

Welcome to the forums.
I agree, double check the jets.
If it still does it, do a compression test.

Thanks to all for the advise. I will give it a good cleaning and see what happens.

LT80- you said to do a compression test. What kind of numbers should I be looking for?

anything over 100 pounds. Hold throttle wide open while kicking it several times in a row. We have all Dinlis at 48 inches wide. They are very nice. If you wanna see let me know Ill post them!!
