i want to change the oil in my 99 scambler, how do i drain and fill? i know where the dip stick is. Do i need a snake funnel?

Remove 9/16" drain bolt from oil tank and drain. You can also crank engine after tank has drained for 20 seconds ONLY and sump will drain into tank and out into drain pan. Leave old filter on while doing this,then remove filter,replace with new one and add 2 quarts 0-40 Mobil 1 OR PS4 plus Polaris oil. You can also remove the oil line going into back of the tank to check/clean the screen,BUT if oil has been regularly changed the screen should be clean,BUT this is up to you! Long necked funnel helps!! ( OR if you are talking about a 400 Scrambler 2-stroke counter balancer oil,THEN there is a 10mm drain plug under engine to drain,ONLY holds about 75cc 30 weight oil.) On the Fuji Motor make sure the oil is Sythetic 0w-40.
