Angry Eton viper jr problem

Yeah so i cleaned out the carb, replaced fuel lines, now when i turn the fuel on it leaks , seems to be getting gas into air filter housing, it turned on once ran strong now i just cant it to start up again, its a pull start and the spark plug keeps getting wet with oil, once it runs the leak stops from the suction of fuel, im kinda stumped here, any ideas from anyone would help im sick off cleaning off the spark plug and trying to start it up

Fuel is leaking by the float needle and flooding things out.

Default eton viper jr 40cc pull start

yeah with the air filter off it just leaks right thru the choke , how can i fix it , ive cleaned out the carb and jets , when i took the jet off it had the needle from the throttle cable stuck in it , i had to soak it to pull it free, when i put the throttle cable back together, i pushed the needle thru the top of the spring and down thru the cylinder until it stopped.
