The Polaris Hawkeye was made by AEON,you can check ebay for used parts, also Cheap Cycle parts which are pretty much cheaper than oem, plus other posters probably can help more. OPT

Hawkeyes were made in Minnesota. Phoenix and Sawtooth were the ones made by Aeon.

Still AEON frame, suspension, gear case, clutches etc. Plus the updated front hubs I had to replace under safety bulletin were in Aeon marked boxes. If original poster didn't have update on steering post and tougher hubs, could be part of his problem, unless was wrecked??? OPT

Try doing a Google search for ATV salvage parts, or ebay. The Hawkeye was introduced as a totally new model...so yea it's a pretty good bet the frame stuff and a majority of the parts will have to come off another Hawkeye. Good Luck.

What exactly is the problem is unknown, but i think is....
Im almost poitive that i need the entire frnt end, the casing, the gears, axels, booties everything
There are 2 major cracks on the casing. With my atv, the steering is connected to the differential casing, around the top of where is connects, is cracked almost all the way around, and then at the botton, its cracked nearly all the way around.
We drained the gear oil out, and metal shardes came out, now the 4wd isnt working... and if you flip the switch to 4wd, it blows the fuse.
I havent taken apart the front end yet, but my assumption is, an entire new front end is needed.
Let me know what yall think.

When you say front end are you talking about the FRONT GEAR CASE (differential) only??? By your post, sounds like it,plus if case is cracked,no awd, etc!! Then yes,it probably needs a new gear case assy. OPT
