Default Does anyone know where I can find a good but used CDI box

I have a 2005 Outlander 400 MAX and I need to find a CDI/Amplifier box for this (part #420664285) and I don't really want to have to pay BRP 500.00 for one, I just want to get this running so I can sell it and buy a new outty.

Can anyone help, or do you know of any good salvage yards that have them ???

surely they don't change it every year, perhaps one of those is correct, the DS only had two different part number cdi's in 8 years of manufacture
good luck

Unfortuantly it seems like the Outlanders seem to change ever couple 2-3 years. It surprises me that a dension CDI box would be so expensive but I guess when there is no aftermarket they can pretty much control what goes on with the price.

More Unfortunatly I ended up paying 525.00 for the dang CDI box. I waited since mermorial day weekend to find one on ebay with no luck, and literally i think i called every salvage yard in the US with no luck. Althought that does say something about the 2004-2005 Outlanders... Either they are indestructible or a flat out great machine, because everyone I talked to said they rarely ever see the 400's come throught the service doors or the salvage doors...
