Default LT80 noise trouble?? Please read

Whats up everyone?
I got an 95 LT80 that has just started making a little noise as it drifts to a stop. My daughter noticed it first but took me a while to finally hear it. It has Plenty of power (no power loss) when throttled, brakes are fine and nothing is loose or rattling. The quad runs great otherwise - never any problems! The problem *seems* to me is when "coasting" to a stop without the brakes applied. I hear a series of about 3 or 4 clunks before it drifts to a stop. I dont hear it under load or when brakes are applied. The chain may be a little loose but it *seems* to be coming from the from the front left side of the motor. But as we all know, metallic noise travels. I just want it to be safe for my kids. Im just looking for ANY input that I can check out.
Im just learning about these. I just got two of them over the winter for my 4 kids. So any info would be appreciated.
Thanks! Have a GREAT 4th of July Holiday!

Thats most likely what your hearing. Tighten the chain and see what happends. Could be skipping around the sprockets , see how worn down the teeth are , somthing to definetly consider.
