Default 2006 700 sportsman runs /stalls

Does any one know why my 700 twin will run perfect for 30 minutes then start to bog down and finally quit?It will restart but die as soon as you give it the throttle. After it sets for a while fire right up and run for another 20 or 30 min. then same prob.Took it to two diff. polaris stores said it was wiring harness ,replaced same problem next time out.Next shop
said cam or crank sensor month later when i took out same prob.these are 100 plus degree weather im riding in and its extreme rock mountain type terrain at low speeds ,but i dont know anybody have any ideals Thanks.

Welcome to the forum! If you have replaced the t bap harness kit and IF electrical is ok,did they check the fuel pressure while it was running? should have 39 psi. Also t bap,tps repair kits are subject to do the same thing again. Plus you might check tank venting for any kinks. Read the "sticky"on problem on repair kits in this section.Sounds like fuel pump, fuel filter,or venting problem from your description.Plus 100 plus temps is tough on pumps, etc. OPT

61 pounds?? Either misprint or get the right fitting! Some early efi systems (think on the 500 Ranger was supposed to be 33 psi, can't remember off top of my head?) others were a constant 39 psi. ANY dropping on fuel pressure was almost aways pump related. Never saw near 61 psi!! OPT
