Am getting a flashing needle when I start bike .Book says could be low battery --hot engine or No. 10 pin. Cant see any signs of hot engine Battery seems to be in good shape .Dont know what a No. 10 pin is or where to find it . Could it be anything else ? Says it could be a warning condition ,if this is the case is there a code reader that can be used to figure it out ?

 

What make and model 500? On mine if the needle flashes it means I'm running out of gas.

 

Its the EFI 500 --2 up and the fuel guage isnt working . Maybe a loose connection -have to look always says its EMPTY ............
