I have been struggling to get the cover (goes over handlebars and covers gas tank) back on my xplorer. It jams beneath the handlebars and will not slide forward over the gas tank. What is the magic trick to get this puppy back on?? Thanks!

 

What I was doing was so dumb I'm embarrassed to say. But, as soon as I removed the frame (the one that goes ON TOP) of the cover, it slid back in as easy as cake. You can lead a horse to water..........

 

If you ever take it off again just turn the front cab and fender sideways and work it off the handle bars one side at a time.
