98 xplorer 400 4+4..gas leak, very slow,cannot find it..always small puddle on the floor next day.. shut off valve in the off position..has small clear plastic drain tube that is not hook up, that I cannot see where it hooks up....thanks

 

If you can't trace the leak down to the fuel lines or the fuel valve itself,most of the time it's a worn carb needle and seat leaking past the overflow tube in the carb bowl. The clear tube hooks to the carb drain/over flow nipple on the bottom of the bowl.
