First: Thanks to OPT for the valve adjusting post[ even though I never found the timing marks in plug hole, but dots on cam gear parallel ; and intake valves closed]
I'm guessing a few here have broken their footwell loose!
My debate is to get 4 new rubber ones or make my own? I'm guessing putting a bolt through the busted rubber ones might cause me breaking the footwell instead.
cost is minimal but wonder and think I should just get new...
Has anyone tried this simple mod?

 

Make a run to the hardware store and match one of them up.Most good ones have grommets in all sizes..Yes you can crack the foot well if they are bad are missing.
