Anyone interested in meeting this weekend at Uwharrie to camp & ride feel free to email me at jcoker@carolinaprecast.com or jcoker@dockpoint.net. We plan on going down Friday evening, we should arrive around 8:00pm. We camp near the bathhouse back at the lake, away from the trail heads. We will probably not ride Friday night, just cook, drink & enjoy. Anyone is welcome to camp with us, just be prepared to have fun. Steve, hope you can make it also.

Kevin,

I live 20 mins. east of Clayton, near Kenly, only a couple of hours away. We only go a couple of times per year. When you can leave your backyard and ride for days, I don't see much need in traveling 2 hours, know what i mean? But we still get out & ride with other people often. Where do you live, I noticed before that u were from NC.

Jerome; I am from S.C. I live about 35 miles south of Florence near Kingstree. I know exactly what you are talking about with the riding out your back door. Have been to Uwharrie once really was nice riding, would like to go again sometime. The group from here that I used to go with hardly ever goes anymore. I will get in touch with you soon I am noting your Email address.

Jerome, When are you going?? Oct.8-10 or tomorrow?? There is a group of us going to Brown mnt. Saturday and camping out. But next weekend down at Uhwarrie sound very good. I am not sure if I can get away from my woman to camp two weekends in a row but if I can't then I am pretty sure I could get a group down on Saturday. I know sometime in the next couple of weeks we are heading to Tellico with a group.

Later, Steve

Steve, Please keep me informed on Telico, would love to go. We'll talk next week about Uwharrie, we're going 10/8-10/10. Maybe you can come down Sat. & spend Saturday night with us if nothing else. Bring you girlfriend. Be careful at Brown, you can really strow you *ss if you know what I mean. I've still got those 24" (or is it 25") Titans for the rear if you want them. $30.00 ea., you can't go wrong. Let me know if you are interested. I'll talk to you later.

PS - Put those damn disks & core back in that pipe before you blow something up.
