LT500R motor in 88 Banshee frame.

I have a 88 banshee rolling frame and I was thinking of getting a LT500 motor for it. Just wanted to know if it fits right in, without major mods. I know a CR500 motor fits in well, but the LT has the counterbalancer, dont want to stress the frame too much.
