Default Roketa 90cc Bogs Down

My first post so be nice
I have a 90cc Roketa that bogs down under acceleration. Starts fine. Idles fine. Runs fine until you exceed half throttle. Steps taken: Changed plug a couple of times with NGK (black each time replaced), replaced air filter, rebuilt carb, moved c clip on throttle from 4th position to 3rd position, adjust idle and air adjusting 1 1/2-2 turns out. Still same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Still running to rich or you have the wrong temp of spark plug in. I could be wrong but i think carb adjustment should be about 2 1/4 turns out from lightly bottomed out.

Thanks! I'm using an NGK C7HSA. And I will try your rec for adjustment.

I don't think A/F screw adjustments are going to buy you much at the throttle position mentioned...the more into the throttle the more you're onto the main jet...so I'd confirm the main and go from there. Are we sure it's a rich condition?? I'd run it at the fastest speed you can for 10 seconds then kill the engine...don't let up the throttle until you kill the engine (plug chop)...then pull your plug and tell us the condition or post pic...

when you are moving the c clip are you moving it up or down? Going the wrong way will make it rich.
