Question What are the 3 fuel lines on a PZ19?

Hello all! I recently purchased a heavily used 107cc quad that I'm fixing up for my son. From googling, I believe I have a PZ19 carb. There are 3 places where fuel lines connect. The carb was in a box when I bought it, with short pieces of fuel line on the 3 ports (looks like they just cut all the fuel lines when they removed it). Can someone identify the 3 ports and what they connect to? TIA!

Here's a couple photos with arrows to the ports I'm wondering about (I got these off google).

top~ either a vent or a vaccum supply for petcock. In that place on the carb, I suspect it's a vac supply port.
middle~for draining the float bowl.
Bottom~Fuel inlet

Thanks! To drain bowl, do you just open the screw that next to the port?
