96 xplorer 300 4x4 needs help

96 xplorer 300 4x4 needs help
I have a xplorer which i recently rebuilt the top end on,[my first time] my problem is that she idles great moves in all gears but very slowly. during idle although she bogs at 1/4 to full throttle. also the carb/ jets have been cleaned. dont know what to do next.
