Unhappy Battery Draining Problem 05 Spor6tsman 800 EFI

Seems like the battery will drain down in a week. Ammeter says 4.8 mA, 12.88 V. This is with a lithium battery that is a couple months old and replaced the last one. Seems like something is drawing it down in a week or two. Today when I tried to start it, it clicked a couple times and then it cranked. Had to jump it. Sure, it was in the low teens to single digits but should it be that bad when the next machine which is an 06 Sportsman 500 seems just fine?

Is it actually charging when it is running? I find a drain is usually from the voltage regulator too, so disconnect it and check, with the ammeter, if the 4.8mA drain has gone.

I just scrubbed the terminals. Suddenly I don't seem to be getting any more current draw? Weird.
