Default Coolster Neutral Light

When I apply the brake to start, the neutral lights goes off. Nothing happens when I try to start. If I recall, the neutral light was illuminated when applying the brake. Any suggestions?

Doubtful if neutral light and brake work together. Make sure the battery isn't flat, as the power going to the start circuit will put the light out if the battery is low. Next check the main wires from battery for bad connections, both live and earth, again the power to the light drops if there is resistance in those main wires.
