Default Sportsman 500 water pump

Working on buddys 2010 sportsman 500 carb. Doing the waterpump because mechanical seal is leaking at weep hole and machine is overheating. I assume the overheat reason is because the impeller is somewhat “free wheelin”, see video link. I ruled out thermostat, had fan hot wired to run 100% of time and i cleaned out radiator fins.

I noticed its missing the aluminum washer between nut and impeller, ill get that from dealer. My question is do i need to replace the impeller? Hard to tell if inner diameter has been wore/over sized, it seemed like a nice slip fit when removing, not super sloppy. If i do need to replace the impeller does polaris offer an aluminum one, all i see is plastic ones.
