Default Radiator Fan Has a Mind of Its Own? - New Tracker 300

Hi all. I have a 2020 Tracker 300 radiator fan that ONLY works when hooked up to a 12v battery directly. When the ATV is running and getting to a hot temp, the ATV sends anywhere from 12v up to 14v to the fan and the fan should turn on within any of that volt range, but it doesn’t after multiple volt range tests. I have tested every wire with a voltmeter from the bike going directly to the fan wire and I am getting volts varying from 12v to 14v depending on how hot the bike is. I bypassed the wire connection connecting the fan to the atv also….. (hardwired around the connection) just be sure it was not a bad connection. Yet, still the fan will not come on. For some reason the fan does not like 12 volts from the bike when running, but it does like 12 volts from any battery I test it with. Any ideas? Thx
