Trying to get my xplorer ready for camping over Memorial weekend and noticed the back chain is shot. Would it hurt to run a heavyduty 520 instead of an o ring chain? It would only be temporary until I can order an o ring, but I already have a heavy duty the right length.

The chain I need to replace is only a year old. It is a RK 520 o ring. I cant believe it only lasted a year. The stock one lasted alot longer.

I have the regina 520 ORD it has held up very well in the 6 months I've had it I just recently had to adjust it due to stretching. It also hasn't broke!!
You can probably pick one up for about $50
