I'm looking at a 650, and am wondering if it has a brake light. I like the feature on my Polaris, it helps keep the Hondas out from under my swingarm...

CaptNemo, Yes the 650 does have a brake light (at least the Canadian models do---I think they all do).

Hey scootdog is there any advantage to buying Canadian? Did you have to pay any teriff when you crossed the border?

trbolvr. i saved $600. was a duty fee of 4% on 1st grand and 2% per grand after that. if serial # starts with a J. its imported from japan and mine was. if the serial # started with 1thru9 it was made in nebraska. so i paid $175 duty fee. the sales guy was shocked so he said he would take care of me. so i asked him for a winch. should be here next week.
so out the door licensed down here 6800$ and instead of saying prairie on the side it has a mapleleaf and KVF go figger EH!

Hey, the brake light is a great idea and long time coming. I think the Kawasaki would be a good choice. Just a question, how can there be a Honda under your swingarm on the Polaris, when they are in the front towing you? Good quading.

Scootdog, If you bought a Canadian model, your speedometer is in kilometers, isn't it?

BamnBamn, the Polaris is a modded out Scrambler 400 2X4. The hondas don't get out front....

scootdog, Being digital, I have no idea how you would change your speedometer from kilometers to miles. Your local dealer might be able to find out, but don't be surprised if it isn't cheap!
