440 kit install.

I want to install a 440kit what goes in to the kit. whats should i get. how much. how reliable.What cam should i get. I most ride hillclimbs, jump, and ride trails.

440 kit parts: Gaskets, piston, rings, wrist pin, c-clips, sleeve.

I personally am a fan of the Ross pistons. Nothing wrong with JE or Wiseco though. I don't know the specifics on the JE, but with the Wiseco you don't get the advertised 11:1 unless you don't run a base gasket (use silicone), and use a thin head gasket.

For a cam- GT Thunder, White Bros Track, Web 450/45- all the same cam. The XR cam's too small for the 440.

This is assuming you have an exhaust, and re-jetting will be necessary.
