Ok, who can tell me what usually goes first on the bottom end. I talked to a dealership about the rod bearing on the crank going out but he said the rod usually wears out first. They said it was tough to change the rod on a warrior cause of the big dowel pin. They have to replace it and the washers to. I guess what I'm trying to get at is that I want to add a high comp piston and cam, but don't know if the rod needs changed or anything else. It's a 96 Warrior. It runs pretty good, I just tore the motor down to rebuild it on the top end. Any suggestions!

"what wrong with the other posts about this?" What's that suppose to mean. I couldn't find any posts on this. There is a little play sideways, but not up and down.

It will be fine so long as there is no play up and down, vertically to the crank.. horizontal movement doesnt matter so much

I was reffering to your post from a few days ago, "warrior motor mods"
