ive had a problem with my blaster. whenever it is turned off and in gear if i pull the clutch in the wheels still do not move like they should if i push it. sometimes though it does work and when i start it cold and click into first it pushes foward and dies but i can start it again and then go on fine riding. is it time for me to purchase a new clutch or is something in the transmission messed up? thanks alot.

Sounds like a typical "wet" clutch to me. Wet, meaning it actually sits in oil, which causes it to stick after it has sat and cooled off. I would make sure that you have a little play in the clutch lever, but only a little, and should be fine.
