Does the new Rancher AT have low range?

I am unable to determine from the Honda site if the new Rancher has a low range? It says it has a 2nd generation Hondamatic but does not say if it has a low range. It looks to be a great addition to their lineup. Also, it said initially that it would be out in Spring 2003, now the literature says Summer 2003.
