Belt solution for P650

Hi guys just thought you qould be interested by this post. I have a 2002 P650 and the belt was worn in only 1500KM so when i changed it a looked carefully and noiced that the belt for the new p360 is the same length and made from the same material then the on of the 650 but is a bit wider, so i installed one of them on my 650. I will wright back in a few onths to tell you if it is longer lasting then the original.

Mudkicker, were both belts new when you compared them?Was there any brobs getting the right deflection?

the belts dont have the same P/N.

The 650 has a different P/N in Canada then in the US.
I have no idea why.

ine It does not have the same part Number, and yes i compared it to a new one. The biggest difference is on take off, it feels stronger, wich is normal since the belt goes higher in the driven pulley. It's worth evry penny for now, I guess I wil have to wait and see for a long term report.
