i have ridden a moto and i have a 440ex i have never ridin a z440 but talking to WP and seeing his bike i know they have the ***** to keep up with the other 2 they might have even more ***** i think from my experiance and my riding style i like the EX over the cannondale it has the same power its bout 20lbs heavier but it its not as bouncy and gets down more traction over rough **** its doesnt have as snappy of a power band then the dale so the c-dale is prolly easier to get out of trouble with but i like the EX just fine it hasnt broke yet the z440....?? i dont know but i have heard good things about them and i know a couple people in here have some.... soo spit it out how badA$$ r they!!!!

The biggest difference is that the moto was ready to go when you got it. The z and ex take a lot of engine work and time and money to get them to where the moto starts.
There is also a lot to go wrong on the 2 builds because so much work has to be done on the bike by hand.
I would say moto, z, ex. I like the z a lot, but I dont think it is as nice as a race ready moto, even built up. The ex needs a very good 440 build to keep up with the others.

There are plenty out there. ATK is selling brand new, factory modified cdales. Dinli will be starting a new line soon as well.
