I started with not being able to shift at all, I took the engine apart cleaned all transmission parts and replaced the shift drum I tested it as indicated in the manual i had all gears but it seems everything still turns when in neutral How could all other gears shift fine and yet neatral does not move freely. Any help would be great thanks.
