Default Stock Pipe -vs- Big Gun Pipe

Has anyone seen any comparisons for a stock pipe and the big gun? I was wondering how much more gain and what the sounds levels are.

There was a discussion over at Highlifter about Big Gun pipes a while back and everyone that had them said they where crap. They were all falling apart.

The nyroc exhaust mod is quite durable.

I put on mine last month, and I will let you all know. Mike at Big Gun swore that with proper maintenance I will have no trouble with this pipe. At $400, if this pipe falls apart, I will be their worst PR nightmare!!

I figure if Penland put his name on it, it's probably not junk.

I vote for the NYROC Pipe -----Easy too do, good performance gain,
sounds great, you are not going to get a ticket with it.
Best of all is the cost.
$2.95 For high Heat Paint
$5.00 to welder for welding it back up.
.00 already had the drill
and a little time

It don't get any better

does anyone have any piped-650 hp numbers they can share ?

What do you guys think of that custom dual exhaust setup in this months DirtWheels ?

Whatchas think about the Pro-Circuit pipe for the 650 Praire ??

Last queston...... should I buy just the silencer or is it worth the extra cash for the complete exhaust system ? In other words.... which parts make the most HP...... just a silencer...... or the header pipe+silencer combo.

I will be waiting on HMF to come out with their USFS approved pipe. Kevin from HMF said it should be approved in 4-6 weeks. That was a week ago.
