Default Need to fix... or need to sell?

I really like my ds, but every thing is going to hell. The radiator is leaking, grab bars bent, pipe is cracked, handles are bent, rear right rims bent, radiator fan does not work, jetted to rich... so on.
I know i can fix most of that stuff, but ether i am going to spend some cash and get a few new parts, and fix up the ds or i am going to fix what i can, sell it and buy a new quad.

I dont know what i should do... I would really like to keep the ds because it halls ***!
If i keep it i am going to get beadlock rims, new plastics, rwr cdi, 45mm carb, handle bars, radiator, and maybe front A-arms, but that is going to cost close to 2 grand! That is why i cant figure out what to do.
(Also i dont have that much Cash

Sell it to me and I'll fix it up. I'm looking.

Edit- I forgot to ask- What happened? Did you get in a wreck?

Tait-- If you're looking for a basket case DS to fix up, there's one on ebay right now.

Hey Ben, what's up? Saw you wrecked yours, that bites. Sorry to hear that. Before school is out I may swing by and pick up a skateboard wheel, I'm pretty set on a DS. I'm not really looking for a basket case unless it's CHEAP.

Good Lord!! That looks like he rolled it down a hill, sandblasted it, set it on fire, then coated it in rust-maker and parked it... I'm not looking for anything THAT bad. I wouldn't even want to screw with it.

Back to the subject... mxzxracin, I know how you feel. I have a bunch of work to do before I can ride again, but if I can do (or can afford to do?) everything I want, I think my DS will end up better than ever. With all that stuff you listed, I'm guessing yours will too!

Come on now, don't exaggerate too much. It doesn't look like he rolled it down a hill (I can show you what a DS looks like after a few good rolls) but that one does look a little sandblasted and rust coated...

put a list of what you need on here and people may have some or all of it, could save a lot of money for you.

Make a list in order of what you need the most and work your way back. I did that over a year ago and now Im almost at the bottom and I have a custom quad that I like everything about. I wouldnt sell mine now for two reasons. It is everything I always wanted in a quad and I did it.
