Default Transmission help?

While I was plowing some driveways and while I was shoveling my dad went to use my quad and he put it in reverse and then put it in gear and he said that when he hit the gas the quad wouldn't move. Is it okay? Should I be worried. Its a 2003 400 manual ACT.

Default Transmission help?

No I mean that my dad put it in reverse with the lever and then he hit the toe shifter in gear. He said that the quad wouldn't move. Is the transmission is okay?
