I have had my new cat for two weeks and have put about 40 miles on it. Most of the miles were put on yesterday during a search for a lost 79 yr. old hiker. I have put the 69.00 winch and a box on the rear rack. It is three wheel drive, but has gone every place I have pointed it so far. I hate to go back in the Polaris Dealership. I spent so much time in there in the past year that I am sure they are going to let me have it ( and I am not talking about a discount on accessories). How do you make the front plastic quieter?

Did you find the guy?

about that 3wd thing read "Geting all 4 wheels to pull"

About making the front plastic quieter, try taking that peice of plastic that covers the radiator cap off. It worked for mine.

I had my plastic radiator cover start buzzing on me a lot about a month ago. It was drivin me nuts so I figured out a way to fix it.

Get some of that sticky-back foam weatherstripping. The kind that comes in rolls that is about 1/4 inch thick and cut little strips of it to go around the lip of the plastic where the plastic hood goes on. It will make a world of difference.
