2001 500 4x4 auto
just got back from looking at it, unfortunately there was nobody there to deal with. The owner was gone and he just had someone there running the parts counter. It is in perfect shape, from what the guy that was there knew, he was pretty sure all that it was used for was plowing, except for a little trail riding, and now the person bought themselves a snowblower, which they actually traded the AC in on.

Here's the NADA data:
2001
4 Wheel ATV
Model: 4X4-500 AUTO
Piston Displacement (CCs): 493
Stroke: 4
Cylinders: 1
Speeds: A
Dry Weight: 648
Low Retail: $3,195
Average Retail: $4,200
So if you add the plow and winch ... figure 200 each for used, (around 350-400 each new), even at low retail you have 3600, high retail is 4600. I usually like to split the difference when buying used, so that would be about 4100. If you can buy there or lower you're getting a real fair deal. I wouldn't wait long, as I've said in other posts, when you find something good at near retail price used ... don't delay ... I lost 3 deals thinking on it overnight. People in this market are so used to seeing these things at ridiculously high prices, and may have lost one or two before at fair prices, so the smart buyer doesn't delay long, especially on a clean 4X4. I'd try to get the dealer to throw in a 3 or 6 month warranty, and if he'll do that ... pounce!
Good luck I just had mine out today for 2 hours today with my 10 year old daughter ... we had a ball. I love the CAT !!

PS 4350 isn't an unfair price, I'd consider it even at that price, especially with the accessories.
