Default Test Ride..............

First, I gotta say that I've always been a Honda guy, although I did ride a polaris for a while. Over the years, I've ridden several different brands....... some I liked, some I didn't. But I never had a ride on a A/C before. Ran into some on the trails, but that was about it. Just found out today, an old friend of mine has two. Haven't seen him much in past few years, due to swing shifting. But anyway......

After leaving a meeting today, I stopped by the local A/C dealer just to get a better look at a few. The sales guy was pretty cool (aren't they all? he want's my $$$) . He gave me the keys to one of the '05 500's to take for a test ride on their mudpit/swamp/boat repair yard.

Gotta say I was impressed. It handled mucho better than I thought it would. Great ride, easy steering, very nice indeed. I also liked the 2wd/4wd shift. Very smooth, and well located. The only thing I didn't like was that damn shifting with two peddles using my heel. Never could get used to that, so just kept using the front.

Overall, it's really moved up on my list for next purchase.
